Much to be done

Unfortunately, too much. I'll be out of the loop over the next two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) as I busy myself with necessary tasks at my place of employment in this suddenly very crowded city. As a friend once suggested for a tee-shirt slogan, "I'd rather be blogging."

Father of the Bride!

You're too quick for me. I figured something as obscure as this little known lost film from the fifties would fool everyone. But not Arbo.

I love that they let Dr. Frank Baxter from The Mole People help plan their wedding!

Aren't you supposed to be working?

It's been busy but I have been luckily relegated to the "back-up" team due to interminable whining on my part about kids out of school and this to do and that to do and waaaaaaaaaah. And it worked. Back-up team, which effectively means I don't have to do anything because if someone from the main team doesn't show it's extremely bad form with the execs at the top so everyone shows. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!

I knew kids would come in handy one day!!! Now they just need to marry rich and take care of all my bills.

I'll see what my kids can whip up.

You have a daughter, right? Because I'm curious about her thoughts on princesses.

She's working on it now. I told her, "Bill needs this by Close of Business today. Got it?!"

There will be lots of hand drawn pictures and many one-syllable vocabulary words. It's going to be a winner, I can feel it.

Honestly, close of business is pushing it a little. I was hoping to have it on my desk by 3:00. What's with her, anyway?

She heavily edits and revises all of her writing. It might be another week at this point. But oh the things she will say about princesses. And ponies!
