The last one was pegged by Pierre Fournier of the excellent and exhaustive Frankensteinia blog. We've got several people with one point but still none with two.
So here's a bonus round. If Kimberly or Arbogast make it here before too long I'm betting they'll get it. Bill might know this one too. It's a favorite of mine that I purposely didn't bring up during a particular post during October Kill Fest because I didn't want it fresh in anyone's mind since I knew I was going to be using it for this. Answer in the comment section and good luck. Definitely double click to watch it full size on YouTube to see the dead give-away final second.

Horror Hotel!
We finally have a leader. Arbogast with two points leads the tally. I would have also accepted City of the Dead.
I purposely left this one out during my witches post, and no one else mentioned it either, because I knew it was coming up here. I was either going to go with this scene (which I did) or the scene in the hotel room where Nan (Venetia Stevenson), quiet, reserved, plainish college student and conservative dresser, takes off her robe and is suddenly a French whore.
That is a great scene. Who was that lingerie for, anyway?!
Maybe she was expecting Driscoll to drop in for a pop quiz.
Not too many folks go to Whitewood these days.
Whenever I go I stand at the post just before town and hitch a ride in. Learned that from my good friend Jethrow.
Love this movie but I'm terrible at guessing games.
I first saw this on good old Creature Features. I was probably 10 or 11 at the time and it scared me to death. I own a crappy old video of the movie but I really should pick up the DVD. This is one for the library!
Kimberly, first off, I love this movie. I think it's one of the best low budget movies horror movies around. It creates an amazing atmosphere with excellent cinematography, sets and the performance of Patricia Jessel as Elizabeth Selwyn. Secondly, it's a good DVD transfer. I had just rented House on Haunted Hill from Netflix this October so my wife and I could watch it with our youngest daughter for the first time and we were thinking we should just own this. Then, amazingly, two days later my wife found the twofer DVD of House on Haunted Hill and Horror Hotel in the FREE BIN at the thrift store. FREE!!!. I was suspect of what the quality would be and then to my pleasant surprise both movies looked great. Very good transfers. It's from EastWestDVD. I have no idea how much since I got it for free but it's a thin box with no special features so it can't be that much.
Actually I take that back. I just pulled the DVD and looked at the cover box and the price listed on it is... wait for it... one dollar. So I guess getting it for free wasn't that much of a difference. But seriously, I compared House on Haunted Hill, the stand alone DVD from Netflix with this one and the quality was the same.
Thanks for the tip! Hopefully I'll come across it selling for $1 somewhere too. I don't own House on Haunted Hill either so that set would nice to have.
I keep hoping some smart company will release a nice deluxe box set of William Castle films on DVD.
